Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for non-edible products.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging with tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

• All edible/consumable products
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products marked as Final Sale

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@madeofindia.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Our support team will review and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The product arrived damaged
• The incorrect item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Late or Missing Refunds

• Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
• If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact us.
